A new research paper just landed from a team in Finland and China, and it’s one of those quiet breakthroughs that should be making huge waves. The paper, titled GPT-4V shows human-like social perceptual capabilities at phenomenological and neural levels, basically confirms that OpenAI’s vision model, GPT-4V, has gotten insanely good at reading the room.
